Terms and Conditions
Classes
Classes are held in small groups (maximum of 8 participants) in a private studio located at 9 Binchang Rise, 579880 Singapore, either on a covered, well-ventilated terrace or indoors in an air-conditioned room, depending on the weather.
The studio is conveniently located approximately an 8-minute walk from both Bishan and Marymount MRT stations.
The 6-week programmes are designed around progressive learning and offer a unique approach to movement inspired by various styles of yoga and Pilates, all within a warm and welcoming environment. These programmes encourage regular practice, allowing participants to experience the benefits of movement more quickly.
Each class is progressive and adaptable, enabling everyone to practise safely according to their individual needs and abilities.
The aim is to help you regain confidence in your physical abilities through a progressive, gentle, and effective approach.

A class particularly suited to those who feel stiff, have limited mobility, or wish to move with greater ease and comfort.
Flow & Vitality – Fridays at 10:45 am

Equipment
All equipment is provided, including yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, chairs, and straps. However, for hygiene reasons, participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or a thin towel to place over the studio mat.
